My face looks fabulous; Bianca was consummate in skill and communication and offered enough education to make me respect what followed. The environment was soothing, immaculate and tasteful, the lighting was gentle, the music was restful. Staff is knowledgeable, honest about results showing you there own photos of before and afters of work they’ve done (no stock photos) but I never felt pressured. Very happy. I have been micro-needling curious but def not about to diy. I did my research and love that they use the skin pen (vs dermaroller) and omg it was great. Bianca is wonderful and the office is serene and clean but welcoming. My first treatment was a bit scary for me but Bianca was generously accessible post treatment for any questions or concerns (all of which were completely normal) and I healed way faster than I thought I would. I was so happy with the first appt, I went ahead and booked a second (I feel like after the second appt I can start saying “my aesthetician…” right?!)  Thank you Bianca!
