Cancelation policy:
We acknowledge that at times you may need to cancel your scheduled appointment. We require a 24 hour notice for all spa cancellations and 48 hour notice for all laser and body contouring procedures. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or no-show the appointment, you will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee. Your next appointment will need to be paid in advanced. If an emergency arises please inform us, each emergency will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Payment is due upon the date of services rendered or prior to the appointment. NO exceptions. Unopened skincare products may be returned within 30 days of purchase date. We do not accept returns on any opened skincare product, makeup, or services rendered. We do not give refunds on gift cards. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Children:
Whilst we love our families and the joy they bring to our lives, children are not permitted in any treatment or relaxation room, and may not be left unattended in the reception area. Distractions may be disruptive to our team and other guests. Thank you for understanding.
